Duncan is the Head of Performance Analysis for England Rugby, leading the organisations Rugby Intelligence Department. He started his career at the English Institute of Sport supporting the Great Britain cycling team over the Beijing Olympic cycle before joining the RFU initially as a Senior Performance Analyst working directly with the Men’s Senior Team. He has significant experience of delivering Multi-disciplinary Projects and collaborating with both Sport and Business Industry leaders to provide detailed and innovative answers to performance questions.
